Private Class Cancellation Policy Last Update: Sep 30 , 2023 *Applicable for all private classes unless specified otherwise *The acceptance of this policy is the basic requirement to book private classes *The policy is subject to changes as deemed reasonable and fair We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations. If you cancel within a 24 hour period, you will be responsible for 50% of the total lesson cost. Should you cancel within 8 hours of your lesson time, you will be charged the full amount of the lesson. In case of sickness for which we reserve the right to verify and validate, we request at least 8 hours notice for the cancellation. If you cancel within a 4 hour period, you will be responsible for 50% of the total lesson cost. Should you cancel within 2 hours of your lesson time, you will be charged the full amount of the lesson. Emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen, and we will always work with you to find a fair solution case by case, however we reserve the full rights to make the final decisions solely using our discretion.
