Acro Dance Class With Mrs. LJ
Acro Dance, also called Acrobatics, uses strength and flexibility to perform gymnastic-based tricks. In this class, students perform conditioning exercises to prepare them for increased difficulty. It teaches flexibility, balance, strength, and coordination.
schedule: 
Thursday 4:00-6pm for kids age 5-9 
Thursday 6:00-8pm for kids age 8+
