Danielle Mondi
Dance Instructor Danielle Mondi received her BFA in dance from Mason Gross School of the Arts, Rutgers University, and her 200hr Yoga Teaching Certificate through OM Factory in NYC. As a professional dancer, Danielle has worked with Tangerine Dance, Marie Alonzo Snyder and worked with JKing Dance Company/Joyce King. As a member of JKDC, Danielle has performed original works by King internationally at HIGH FEST Performing Arts Festival - Yerevan, Armenia, and nationally at the Ailey Citigroup Theater - NYC, APAP 2015/2017 Jazz at Lincoln Center, Elgin Ties Dance Festival - Illinois, Mass. Dance Festival, and Grounds for Sculpture - NJ to name a few. She has also had the opportunity to perform at Asolo Repertory Theater in Sarasota, Fl, at the NJ Performing Arts Center with the NJ Symphony Orchestra, and selected to perform in ‘Slow and Soul,’ a concert tour with Korean Pop Star, Wheesung. Danielle is a full time creative movement teacher in the elementary schools in Franklin School district.Danielle taught at local dance studios through out Nj, was a Teaching Artist for Young Audiences of NJ and Eastern PA and 10HL/Randy James and has taught for The American Dance Training Camp. She served on the adjudicator panel for ‘Throw Down Dance Challenge’. As a resident choreographer for NJ Repertory Theater, her work was presented at the Crossroads South Middle School, the Disney Performing Arts Festival - FL, 60x60 Concert, the Moving Beauty Series Dance Lab - NYC, and ‘I’ll have what she’s having..’ in Princeton, NJ. Additionally, she choreographed for the Phineas and Ferb, Perry the Platypus Tour Kickoff in Times Sq., honoring Disney Channels original Movie Phineas and Ferb: Across the 2nd Dimension. |
