Cassidy Tryon
Dance Instructor As a dancer, artist, and teacher Cassidy Tryon is passionate about drawing attention to the world we live in and how we experience it. Cassidy has trained with various companies and choreographers including Peter Chu, Doug Varone and Dancers, Joffrey Ballet School, and Skidmore College, where she graduated summa cum laude with honors in dance. Cassidy has performed with Ballet BC at the Orsolina 28 Arts Foundation and has danced in new creations choreographed by Robert Battle, Larry Keigwin, Keerati Jinakunwiphat, Mark Caserta. She is excited to deepen her artistry at The Bridge Movement led by Stacey Tookey in the fall of 2025. Outside of dance, Cassidy is drawn to photography, media, and painting, and the possibilities for these forms to intersect with dance. As a teacher, Cassidy believes in dance’s ability to deepen people’s relationships with their body and mind, and aims to build dancers’ physical abilities, confidence, and artistry in classes. |
